This blog is a food diary, written by a podgy bird from London, England. It began on Blogger, and was imported to WordPress in early 2007. WordPress is much lovelier, it is the Radio Four to Blogger’s Capital FM. It doesn’t mess up nearly as much either.
The blog details my battle with food addiction, and my attempts at losing the excess weight that makes me miserable.
The title Song of the sachet comes from a hypnopompic aural hallucination I once had. Made me laugh, anyway.
