Breakfast, porrage, milk, sugar, tea.
Hot cross bun
sugar free red bull

Tray of sushi rolls

Several more hot cross buns, jaffa cakes and a slice of chocolate tart. Cup of tea.

Got a french stick of bread on the way home which I ate a lot of on the train. Just as well because they go stale in about three seconds.

Bottle of wine. Dinner was lamb steaks with new potatoes, carrots, mint sauce. Spoon of mayo on the potatoes because of my fear of eating dry things. They weren’t dry though.

Then had two bags of space raiders, one of marmite crisps, a snickers ice cream and two slices of toast with coo and butter.

Porrage for breakfast.

Tiny cake thing.

Pasta, chicken, tomato sauce for lunch.

Didn’t enjoy that so got a ham roll from the cafe

Also a can of sugar free red bull

Also a couple of small chocolate eggs

Pack of coo on the way home.

Dinner was spaghetti bolognese, with cheese. Cup of tea.

Some biscuits, and some tiny chocolate eggs

Glass of wine

Roast chicken with roast potatoes, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn. Gravy. Tea.

Afternoon

Two packs of noodles with sweet and sour sauce and prawn crackers.

Dinner: half a jacket potato with cheese and mince.

Feel really sick. I think it was the noodles. Couldn’t manage all of dinner. I really think I might throw up though. I want to never eat again.
