30 minutes on bike. Got a cramp in my leg at 20 minutes, stretched a bit then it went away, but it came back five minutes later, so I just went on the lowest resistance for the last five minutes. It doesn’t hurt a lot but it was the sort of pain that means if you don’t ease off something will go twang.

Walked about 2.5 miles to get to work when the tube went titsup.
Can of sugar free redbull when I got in.
Lunch:
A grilled salmon fillet that had been marinaded in ginger, garlic and stuff (same as last night), a blob of the tomato sauce I made at the weekend, and some veggie rice (with peas, sweetcorn and carrots in). YUM.

A can of sugar free red bull.
Lunch was some twisty pasta with my own tomato sauce on.
Had a plum mid afternoon.
Dinner: grilled salmon fillet that had been marinaded in garlic, ginger, lemon juice and soy. Potato wedges made with spray oil and season-all. A teaspoon of tartare sauce mixed with a teaspoon of low fat creme fraiche. Cup of tea.
Some tinned (well, plastic jar – it’s ‘fridge fruit’) peaches.

February 27, 2007Back to normal today. I’m quite relieved really. I felt so ill last night.
I have had a cup of tea, some muesli, low fat yoghurt and a small banana. I have a lot of catching up to do. I have been a wally. Bah.

It’s the leaving do and I just ate a load of cake, crisps, chocolate, dip and…crap. And wine. I’m gonna have some food at the pub and some more wine, but I’m going to keep it sensible-ish. This is a one-off type thing. I’m only freaking out a tiny bit.

Had three glasses of wine, chips, bits of pizza, sandwiches, bread, weird breaded mushrooms, all sorts of crud. Many bags of crisps. Chocolate. Toast. I feel really ill.
