September 30, 2006Chicken salad with beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, lettuce, peppers, baby corn. Also some mash potato.
Two baby clementines.
Breakfast part two
September 30, 2006Muesli, virtually fat free yog and a banana.
Was getting kind of hungry.
I think my digestive system is a bit buggered after the last few weeks, I’ve got reflux and things. Gonna try to drink lots of water today.

September 30, 2006So far it’s been half a pint of strawberry and banana smoothie. I don’t fancy anything else yet.
Rice Cakes
September 29, 2006I got really hungry, so I’ve had a wodge of ham, and two rice cakes with peanut butter on.
Dinner
September 29, 2006Earlier I ate some M&Ms that were left from bingefest’06.
Dinner was roast chicken with green beans and carrots. Also cup of tea.
For afters had apple and blackcurrants, the apple lightly cooked in the juice from the blackcurrants. Was really nice.
Lunch
September 29, 2006Smoked haddock chowder and a granary roll with no butter.
Had two mini clementines afterwards, they were nice and sweet.
Weigh in and breakfast
September 29, 2006I have gained 3lbs this week. Hardly surprising.
Breakfast is muesli, some blackberries and milk, because the yoghurt had gone off while I was away. It’s ok. Blackberries are nice.
Also had a cup of tea.
