Two rice cakes with cream cheese and ham. Glass of wine.

Chicken salad with beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, lettuce, peppers, baby corn. Also some mash potato.

Two baby clementines.


Lunch

Pasta, tuna and light cream cheese. Reduced amounts of all.
Grapes.


Breakfast part two

Muesli, virtually fat free yog and a banana.
Was getting kind of hungry.
I think my digestive system is a bit buggered after the last few weeks, I’ve got reflux and things. Gonna try to drink lots of water today.

So far it’s been half a pint of strawberry and banana smoothie. I don’t fancy anything else yet.

I got really hungry, so I’ve had a wodge of ham, and two rice cakes with peanut butter on.


Dinner

Earlier I ate some M&Ms that were left from bingefest’06.

Dinner was roast chicken with green beans and carrots. Also cup of tea.
For afters had apple and blackcurrants, the apple lightly cooked in the juice from the blackcurrants. Was really nice.


Lunch

Smoked haddock chowder and a granary roll with no butter.
Had two mini clementines afterwards, they were nice and sweet.


Weigh in and breakfast

I have gained 3lbs this week. Hardly surprising.

Breakfast is muesli, some blackberries and milk, because the yoghurt had gone off while I was away. It’s ok. Blackberries are nice.
Also had a cup of tea.
