Peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich. Glass of milk.
Glass of wine.
Chicken and veggie rice.
Tea.
Some melon.
Really hungry tonight for some reason.
Salad with lettuces, home grown tomatoes and cucumber, celery, cashew nuts and cubed cheese.
Bottle of Touch of Fruit water, didn’t realise it had sugar in it until I’d bought it. Bah.
I did some walking.
Two ham sandwiches. Packet of salt and vinegar crisps. Another glass of wine.
Couldn’t even manage it all.
I can’t eat like I used to. I didn’t really enjoy it.
Roast chicken with roast potatoes, carrots, cabbage and runner beans and gravy. And tea.
Just now, a Bounty ice cream. Sooooo nice.
Breakfast:
Muesli, yoghurt, grapes.
Lunch:
Wholemeal roll with wafer thin ham and cherry tomatoes (home grown!).
Snack: small bottle of Innocent mangoes and passionfruit smoothie.
Bottle of J20 in pub.
Dinner: Lasagne and chips in a different pub. Tiny bit of salad. Some soft drinks, not sugar free varieties though.
Walked a LOT, spent a good part of 10 hours walking today. Sort of makes up for the pub food and fizzy drinks.
Now having a lovely glass of red wine.
