Two packs of noodles with sweet and sour sauce and prawn crackers.

Dinner: half a jacket potato with cheese and mince.

Feel really sick. I think it was the noodles. Couldn’t manage all of dinner. I really think I might throw up though. I want to never eat again.

Last night I had some toast.

This morning porrage with milk and sugar.

Cup of tea. Cup of cranberry smoothie.

Lunch was some crusty bread with butter and coo. Also monster munch.

Dinner was crispy duck, chicken chow mein, chips, prawn crackers. Glass of wine.

Last night’s dinner was burgers and salad with crusty bread. Two glasses of wine. More monster munch and easter egg.

Today I’ve had two slices of toast, butter, coo, smoothie. Easter egg.

I had some more monster munch, and some more easter egg, and some toast with butter and coo. Lunch was a bacon sandwich with thick crusty bread.

Half a can of full sugar coke, then it started to give me a headache so I threw it away.

Lost 2lbs.

Breakfast was a tray of sushi rolls. Also a can of sugar free red bull.

Lunch was pasta, tomato sauce and salmon fillet.

Also had two hot cross buns, one with butter, a small cake thing. Second can of red bull.

Later I had another hot cross bun, I think. Dinner was roast beef with everything. Then I ate 8 coos. And a small buttons easter egg. I am on my 2nd glass of wine. I am practicing being maudlin as an art form today.

Had a cereal bar earlier, dinner was a grilled salmon fillet with potato wedges, tiny bit of tartare sauce. Cup of tea. Bowl of sugar free jelly.
